Glenn Rueger likes to ride on Naked Bike on Twisty and loves Nature Mechanics
Another musician on a motorbike.
The original poster of this road has got it right on. Even though I low-sided just above Meiner's Oaks totaling the bike and breaking my brake hand, Hwy 33 will always be a special road for this rider. Side note: I ran into the rider who had stopped to help when I went down. It was about 18 months later and we just happened to park next to each other at an event at Pro Italia. Friends ever since.
A great name for a great road.
If you can only give 3 roads in your riding history the 5 Star review, this is probably going to be one of them. 100 miles of absolute wilderness - on a picturesque, wild, and rugged coastline. There's a section that takes you briefly a short way inland where the road winds and twists in such a way that I know riders who turn around to do it again. I hope you can do it on a day without traffic. It does happen. A gorgeous dream of a ride where there's always something to take in.
