The road cross Slovenia Kras Region well known for his red wine and meat product -Kraški Pršut. I suggest to stop by in Štanjel a small medieval village and taste it! The road continues near the Škocjan cave which is part of UNESCO. After Črni Kal most beautiful two corners we continue toward Slovenian – Croatian border. We drive until the town Lupoglav than we go to highway (direction Rijeka) only for few kilometers until the first exit Otok Cres/Labin. Only this section is free of charge however you must take the entry ticket. After that the road 500 become very fast until the seaside.
