The road begins on a bypass road passing under the Town of Mtarfa on your right hand side, on your left hand you see the beatiful medevial fortified city of Mdina, Rabat and the a Valley known as Wied ta' Gnien Hira. Then you pass through the rural roads of Bahrija taking you to Mtahleb. Then you begin a twisty road down where you see a very beutifull scenery, the road is also used for Hill climb competions. The area is known as Migra Ferha.
