Starting from Colmars along the beautiful valley of Verdon, you reach La Foux, where you begin the climb with a different in altitude of 448 meters and a gradient of 6.69 which becomes progressively challenging until turns out very strict, reached the top at 2250mt, begins the equally fascinating descent into the valley of Ubaye. All the road is very narrow but but the panoramic scenery repays eyes till the bottom. I did it twice, once in Summer and was not the best because a thunderstorme, the second time was nearly Autumn, cold but very very nice.
