Breathtaking road to cross the French/Spanish border. The view on the top is amazing with very different vegetation. More forest & green on the french side and more rocky on the Spanish side. Road is mostly in perfect condition. It get's a bit less good on the top on the French side but it's never bad.

My favourite road by far in the Pyrénées! I've been there three times and I can't get enough of this road. So amazing! And the view is awesome on both side!

A glimpse of perfection.

My favorite Road in this region. It starts flat, fast and twisty for 15km, and then it goes up, up, up to the top, like it's never ending. While you go upward, the trees are getting fewer and the landscape gets dry, mostly made of stones. Perfect road condition, but be careful of the sheeps! On the Spanish side, the panorama is breathtaking.

Fun and panoramic, an authentic theme park. Don't hesitate to stop at Venta Juan Pito (Spanish side) 10km after having crossed the border, turning right at the end of the cascade of harpins, for a plate of "migas". Its terrace is a privileged place from where to observe the Valle del Roncal from above.
