Acording locals ; Authorities refused to build a road because of huge expences acording to hard topography ,they complite this road in 130 years.When I said "they" I mean "locals" complete this road with their budget.Even they bought huge drill machine for make tunnels.More than 20 tunnels all pitch black. But the town Kemaliye have modern different road to connect to big city now.So this road just for bikers ;)
