A hidden gem in the Canarians, great for a day trip on your motorbike! Easily reachable by a short ferry ride from Tenerife. The GM-1 road leads you amongst the rough coastline of La Gomera and takes you deep into it's mountains. The villages in the mountains remind me about Colombia in some way. Road quality is good and scenery is breath taking. Gomera also has a lot of sights to see and you can take a go at it's own language called Sylbo, the whistling language. Definately worth a visit!
