Carretera de la Cabra or mountain goat road. Epic views, but need to stop to see them, because the road demands full attention. There's an abandoned restaurant on the way, good place for a break. Watch out for the oncoming traffic which is rare here, but hence surprises you even more. Also popular with cyclists which don't exactly stick to their lane.
