You don't want to miss Kefalonia’s Magnificent Scenic Drive. Kefalonia, - the largest of the Ionian Islands in western Greece - by its nature, is a mountainous island and therefore, many of its roads, whether coastal or inland, will have some bends, gradients and drop offs to one side or the other. The road through the mountain has excellent barriers all along and it is decent enough and uncrowded. Take your time, stop often for the views and enjoy. Be carefull about rockfalls or passing goats.
