River Road from Horning's Mills to up near Mansfield on Airport Road is a hidden gem in Ontario motorcycling. Never as crowded as other twisty roads, River Road offers you complex and interesting turns in an area where twisty roads are thin on the ground. Highly recommended in the autumn when the fall colours will stun you. Terra Nova Public House is a unique little pub half way down the road that cooks bespoke, home made dishes and offers you a unique stop for a quality dining experience. Keep an eye out for deer, there are a lot of them in the woods. Parts of the road are typical Ontario rough, so always keep a bit in reserve or you might find yourself braking for a decreasing radius corner while bouncing off the road through pot holes.
