This is the second of the two main scenic roads of Mt. Pelion along with the northern pass but it is equally a pleasure to ride. Very nice twisty road offering a breath taking scenery next to Fakistra canyon (Tsagarada - Kalamaki part) with lots of tight turns. After Kalamaki the road turns inland towards Milies and Agria before it leads back to Volos. After Milies the road descends into the flat narrow valley of western Pelion. This last part offers a less challenging but faster ride.
