I really loved this place! Off the large field and oil wells of the Bakersfield area to continue on the 178 direction North to Lake Isabella. After a few kilometers the road enters the canyon and the road turns into a snake that runs along the Kern River, the kind of river ideal for rafting with these waterfalls and its rapids. We really take pleasure in it for 25 kilometers which will take you to the heights where the road turns into a four strip. The fun continues for the next 15 kilometers to Lake Isabella where you have to stop!
