Gospic to Karlobag Road, Croatia

The Gospic to Karlobag Road is one of my regular rides. We have a home in Pavlovac which is about a thirty minute ride from Gospic... unfortunately this COVID-19 pandemic has cut down our travel plans for this year so only managed a couple of rides there this year back in July... This road and the continuing coast road towards Zadar is an awesome ride...

Respect the road

What I also should’ve added to my earlier review is... if you’re gonna ride this road... respect the bends and take it easy ... it’s not a road for high speeds especially on the downwards section from the Velebit to Karlobag.. at least 3 x foreign riders have died riding there this last 12 months... Some very deceiving bends along the route...
