Two of my favorite places in Egypt are far away of the huge pyramids of Giza. The road we recommend you is in the South riding in a very good condition asphalt route between Luxor and Abu Simbel, in the hearth of Sahara desert where pharaohs decide to build some of their more impressive temples.
