From small villages of the valley to isolated mountain pass, a path around curves in immense landscapes. During the first section of the route, you can ascend Lake Iseo and you can cross the small villages of Val Camonica along the quiet main road SS510 up to Breno; taking the main road SS42 is not recommend because, although faster, has lots of traffic tunnels with bad ventilation and also breaks the rhythm of the trip. Once in Berno the curvy ascent starts. The road allows you to enjoy the view of the valley that you leave behind. Large lawns and small forests of evergreen and deciduous certainly spectacular in the autumn season. Here the road narrows its maximum width to 2-4 meter; the parapet disappears and start the typical tight curves of mountain landscapes. The quietness and the silence are also guaranteed by the preserved road surface. You can meet three huts along the way but definitely the most interesting attraction remains the Rifugio Passo Crocedomini at the height of 1892 m.a.s.l.
