Spitzkoppe Mountain Reserve is a mountain oasis in the Namib desert and it's one of the most photographed mountain motifs of Namibia. It's a beautiful place with great hiking, bouldering, or just sunset/sunrise-watching. You can also see here bushman cave paintings. It's just mind-blowing that we're still able to see paintings which date back 2000-4000 years. Camping at Spitzkoppe Community Restcamp is world famous and no wonder, anywhere you decide to place your tent will be epic! But I didn't even had to get my tent out of my pannier. The camping manager showed a secret cave and he provided me with a stretcher and mattress. This was my very first sleep in a cave ever. What an experience.
