Nice little city, perfect to start a short road trip in Eifel. It's worth wandering in the small streets and stop at one of the nice terrasses to enjoy a drink and/or a Schnitzel in the sun. Monschau can be very busy during the weekends and specially during the summer. If you want to enjoy the small streets by yourself, you'd better be there early in the morning or late afternoon, evening.
