One of the few good coastal roads around Barcelona/Costa Brava

The views on this road are fantastic, one of the few good coastal routes in the region - GI-682 maybe being the best - and the road is dynamic enough to really have some fun. The problem is that it's a well-traveled roadway and you'll most likely be stuff behind a car going 25kph, so you can't even enjoy the twists and elevation changes. If you go early enough, you may get lucky. Also, Sunday morning cyclists ruin any traffic flow.
