This route doesn't include any highways at all, apart from leaving Paris and arriving in Valencia 1,617 kilometres later.
Swap Parisian suburbs for the castles of the Loire Valley. Cross the Loire in Jargeau and enter wine country. Vineyards give way to roads lined with maple in the Lot region, before foothills herald the approach of the Pyrénées. After a night in Lasbordes, head on through the Pays Cathare. In Spain, the C12B between Flix and Gandessa is worth riding three times in a row if you have time. Fast and flowing corners bring you to the A7, and then to the centre of Valencia.
